Stage #1 – Attract: This is where a prospect finds you (typically through the useful content that you create).
Stage #2 – Convert: During the convert phase, you ask your site visitors to subscribe to your list and they enter your sales funnel.
Stage #3 – Close: The close phase is where you make your offer and get a sale.
Stage #4 – Delight: Once a sale is made, you drive your efforts to get the customers to use your products and reach their goals but most importantly to refer your business to others for you.
